Connecting Mind, Body, and Earth

Our Story

Link together

Link Yoga Studio exists as a space for families. Where everyone in the village has a place on the mat. Where play, exploration, and connection are accessible to anyone of any age. Our goal is to share the joy of yoga through every stage of life, and to share it with anyone who is willing to learn. The momentum that carries this studio forward is in finding childlike wonder in old age and accessing ancient wisdom in youth. Link together in community.

Instructor

After a decade of teaching and practicing yoga, Paula Espina began to focus her energy on building a space for families to connect. While her own kids inspired her to start teaching kids yoga classes, as a pandemic mom, she recognized the need for community on a greater level.

Paula’s style of yoga is playful and powerful. It blends Hatha, Ashtanga, and modern Power technique in an exceptional way. Designed to bring harmony, balance, strength, and flexibility to mind and body, Paula believes that dedicating yourself to a yoga practice will benefit all other aspects of life. It’s never too early or late to start, it is her joy to share yoga.

Student reviews:

“Paula has a remarkable gift for working with children. She guides her classes with kindness, compassion, and a fun, childlike spirit that truly resonates with her students, all while keeping yoga tradition alive. She has sparked a genuine life for yoga in my daughter, and I highly recommend her work.”

“Paula’s classes are special. She is able to create an environment in the class that makes it easy to focus inward, instead of thinking about other people in the room. She pushes you to push yourself, by making it feel like it’s ok to try something hard and it’s ok to fall out of a pose."

“Paula creates community wherever she goes, and she makes people feel like this difficult, sometimes intimidating practice can be accessible to anyone.”

Our Commitment

To share the joy of yoga through every stage of life with anyone who is willing to learn.

To offer space, in movement or stillness, to breathe and be.

To find childlike wonder in old age, to access ancient wisdom in youth.

To link together.
